Priorities & Platform

Community Engagement
I believe in open and transparent communications with our community to truly serve. I will listen to your concerns, engage in meaningful dialogue, and collaborate with you to address the issues that truly matter in maintaining our freedom.

As your servant leader, I will hold myself and my team accountable for our actions. Accountability is trust, and I vow to operate with integrity and transparency. Transparency is at the heart of fiscal responsibility. I believe that you, the taxpayers, have the right to know how your money is being spent. I am committed to providing clear and accessible financial reports to keep you informed about the office of the Pima County Sheriff’s budget and expenditures.

Public Safety
Safety is paramount. I believe in working collaboratively with other agencies, organizations and community partners to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

Through this collaboration, we will ensure safer streets for a safer community. When our streets are secure and crime is under control, our community will thrive. Safer streets create a feeling of security, encourage community engagement and provide a platform for economic growth and expansion.

Prioritizing safety on our streets is a fundamental step towards creating a more vibrant thriving community.

Drug and Human Trafficking
Drug trafficking, including fentanyl, which is one of the deadliest smuggled drugs today, not only jeopardizes the safety of our neighborhoods but also undermines the well-being of individuals and families. By working collaboratively with law enforcement, community organizations and citizens like you, we can implement strategies to prevent the spread of drugs and secure a safer future for our families and neighborhoods.

Equally urgent is the fight against human trafficking, a crime that preys on the vulnerable and exploits our most fundamental human rights. By raising awareness, supporting victim services and strengthening communication among community leaders, we can create a hostile environment for traffickers and protect those at risk.
